We moved into a house that had a natural gas hookup so I wanted to hook into that to skip the LP can replacements. I previously bought a kit from Amazon that didn’t fit so I bought this one instead as it referenced my exact grill model. The end result is perfect. I’m now connected to my gas line and there are no leaks. The grill also gets hotter faster and I wasn’t expecting that. My main feedback is on the instructions. I would have loved a video as it took me a lot of reading and examining my grill to know what I was looking at. A quick improvement would be more detailed color photos for the instructions.
I recently ordered a conversion kit for my Weber grill. Unfortunately, the kit did not work properly. I contacted customer service and received an email and John left me a number to call. I contacted John and he was very helpful. He explained the issue I had and sent me a link on how to correct it. Moreover, he issued a refund for the kit with no questions asked. It was a pleasure knowing there are still helpful people out there! Thanks again. Would definitely recommend this company to any who value good service.
Converted a brand new Weber 435 grill from natural to LP using the recommended kit. Five orifices, hose, regulator, tool.
