We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the rare case you receive a damaged order, please follow these easy steps.
- If the box has clear damage upon delivery, take clear photos of the damaged box, refuse the package and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
- No damages to the box? Inspect your package immediately when you receive the order from the freight carrier. If there are damages to the product, take pictures and send it to us right away.
- Email our team at: service@outdoorgasproducts.com with your Order Number, Issue, and Photos.
- Our Customer Experience team will promptly assist you with a replacement unit to be sent out.
If you do not inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery, your claim will be denied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Shipping Estimates
Please note:
The shipping times shown at checkout are just estimates. To receive your order by a guaranteed timeframe: Priority Shipping must be purchased for Domestic Orders and Worldwide Express shipping must be purchased for International orders.
Orders CANNOT be cancelled after the order has been shipped and is in transit. The item becomes eligible for a return after this point and all applicable Return and refund policies will apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
