Shipping Policy

Freight Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on orders in the Continental United States.

Please allow two to five days processing time for large orders.

All freight shipments will require access for a semi-truck and trailer to deliver. If you live in an area with limited access additional charges may incur. We will not be responsible for additional delivery fees in these areas.

The freight company will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment in advance. All residential freight orders require an appointment to be delivered. You must be physically present to sign for and accept the package. Please be sure to provide an accurate and up to date phone number at checkout. This number will be used to set up your freight appointment.

Please note P.O. boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses.

Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses.

Our standard freight option includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. Upon delivery, the driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is the customer's responsibility to bring the item onto the property. The driver is not permitted to enter the home, porch, backyard or garage.

It is very important that you inspect the exterior of the delivery packaging for any damage. If the shipment appears to be damaged, you must note any and all damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Your driver will provide this to you. Take clear pictures of the damage as well. In most cases it is recommended to refuse the delivery. In signing for the delivery, you accept ownership of the shipment in its condition.

In some very rare cases, once the shipment is signed for, damage may be revealed when unboxing. You must inspect your shipment in its entirety immediately after receiving and report any damages with photo attachments to service@outdoorgasproducts.com within 24 hours. After the 24-hour period any claims will be denied as we are outside of our window to file with the freight delivery carrier. There is no exceptions.

Please keep the pallet the shipment comes on until you are sure there is no damage, or the 24-hour mark has passed. On the rare occurrence you may need to send back the shipment, it will need to be shipped back on the pallet, in its original packaging.

Outdoor Gas Products will not be held responsible for any missed delivery appointments. If you have missed your delivery appointment you scheduled, you will be responsible for any fees that are incurred as a result. This may include a temporary storage fee until a redelivery date can be scheduled or a redelivery fee itself. Please note: These charges are imposed by the freight shipping provider and are out of our control. These fees must be paid in full before we can release your order for re-delivery. If a redelivery is not scheduled and the order is returned to the sender, we may process a refund for the item and deduct and shipping expenses that were incurred to us. Your order may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
