I ordered a kit to hook up to bulk propane, accidentally ordered LP to NG. Called and spoke with John, very knowledgeable and helpful. Instructed me how to convert the regulator over to LP and if I need anything additional to let him know. Did not rush me off the phone.

Product was easy use and solved an expensive problem. Weber is no help because they want you to buy a new grill. For $60 we got a $1700 grill up and working
