Extremely easy to deal with both by phone and online. I purchased a conversion kit from Amazon and it didn’t work on my Weber genesis. The kit from Outdoor Products works flawlessly.
Great conversion with no issues. Found a natural gas Weber summit for $40 that was hardly used but 14 years old. Be sure to adjust the air intake. Besides the conversion kit and a deep clean, the only other issue was the oxidized knobs. Used some Cerakote and they are fine. I was replacing my old Weber spirit and it had the propane tank volume indicator. Screw holes matched and voila, a couple thousand dollar grill for $100.

This kit was perfect, and it was a very easy installation and my grill works great now! The QR video link on the instructions was very helpful, as the written instructions were a little confusing
