The 36" grill comes with two main burners and a thin infrared burner, allowing for versatility of burner options while still having an infrared sear zone. This Solaire grill comes either in a premium cart with 2 smaller drawers and a slideout for either the propane tank or a trash can, or the standard cart which has 2 standard doors with interior storage shelves along the inside of the doors. Our infrared grills are finely crafted with welded corners & seams, mirror polished accents, and designed with simplicity in mind, making it long lasting and easy to use. The high heat of the Solaire Infrared Burner cooks at a fraction of the time of conventional grills and makes food juicer and more flavorful. Solaire grills are perfect for grilling full meals or just using them for searing after sous vide, smoking, or other cooking methods.

Works great, got up to 700* in a few minutes. Family member bought a cheaper product from Amazon and struggled to get past 400*. No issues here. Install about an hour.
