For anyone on the fence deciding if they can handle performing a conversion, I would say yes, most certainly with this kit. We bought a Weber Genesis SP-E-335 grill a few years back, when we lived in a home with a natural gas hookup for the grill. It was phenomenal since we never had to store tanks. But, when we moved eight months ago, we were stuck. Our new home has natural gas, and I finally found someone to run the pipe but they wanted $1,500. Much research led me to the idea of converting from NG to LP, and even more research led me to Outdoor Gas Products. This set is so complete and so eaay to use. The instructions were spot on, the fit of the venturi jets precise, and the included tools immensely helpful. I did use a little dab of PTFE pipe dope on the threads for the small parts, not the supply hose though, as that looked like the way Weber had assembled it. The conversion, including leak testing, air shutter adjustment, and reassembly to about forty minutes. Real value.
Burners worked perfectly and saved hundreds over OEM and just as good. John the owner is exceptional to work with on all parts needed. I have a Capital Precision grill where the typical parts suppliers really rip you off. John doesn’t do that and tries to make it affordable.
I tried to go cheap but it did not fit. You just have to pay for the correct package. After reading there information I felt very comfortable with them and it paid off.
Worked perfectly
I had my neighbor install it and he didn't have any problems. The additional instructions on getting a nice blue flame was extra helpful.
