I wanted to convert my Weber Genesis grill from propane to natural gas to avoid the hassle of lugging those tanks around town for refills or replacements during the sweltering summer heat and the cold winter months—it’s neither enjoyable nor cost-effective. Now that I’ve moved to a home with a gas connection conveniently located next to my grill, it’s the perfect time to make the switch, especially since I’ve done a conversion before.
