I was nervous about doing the conversion given how much Weber tries to scare you off. This kid made it incredibly simple. BBQ works great and the kit shipped really fast.
Natural gas grills are prohibited in our new condo community! My 15 year old natural gas Genesis 310 (right hand controls) is a bit of rare grill but worked perfectly... Local service shops were "unfamiliar" with a unit this old and especially the right hand shelf/knob feature... Thanks to your phone tech identification of EXACT Model and parts required, along with the written instruction sheet and some You Tube video demonstrations were invaluable and easy to follow!!!... Total time start to ignition was less than 45 minuets - including recalibrating regulator to LP pressure.... Thanks to your kit and staff my 15 year old bbq is as good as ever!!
We made a couple of mistakes in our order for replacement parts for a Webber grill. The owner of this company was MORE than helpful and patient. He replied and not only answered our questions but knew exactly what we needed and sent promptly.
I had a customer that wanted to change his Webar over to natural gas. The conversion kit he sold by another company had no installation instructions. I reached out and spoke to John. Evan though the conversion kit was not purchased through Outdoor Gas Products he provided excellent assistance and informed us the other company sold use the wrong kit.
