Grill grates were exactly what I expected. Material and quality look to be the same as the OEM parts. Items were packaged well and delivery was on schedule. I would recommend Outdoor Gas Products for future purchases.
Everything I needed was delivered fast and easy to install on my Weber Genesis 2008ish side control style grill. The installation instructions given on a piece of paper need a bit of work. The paper was blurry. My suggestion would be to do a quick YouTube tutorial for it. It would be a 2 minute video tops. I decided to go with this product because I wanted the restoration of the drill done right switching from natural gas to propane.
I just wanna say John in the Service and Parts Dept called me back immediately after receiving my message. He went above and beyond to help me with my issues with my Grill. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wanna say thank you again for the excellent service.
