installed the conversion kit for my Weber Genesis grill yesterday and I wanted to say thank you for the excellent kit and instructions. I ran into one issue, called and spoke to a technician who's name I don't know and his advice was excellent and on point.
Took about 10 minutes to convert my new grill while building it.
When I purchased this I was thinking, man I will have these parts and have to figure out what I need to disassemble and put back together. Boy was I wrong! This was the simplest conversion of something I’ve ever done. They send you what you need and the instructions are the clearest I’ve ever seen. It honestly took me less than an hour to do the entire job, Thanks for making this an easy task and not a nightmare.
This is the second time I have used these kits to convert a barbecue to NG. I gave them my BBQ information and they sent the kit out the next day. The kit came with all of the parts and tools and step by step instructions. The whole job took less than an hour to complete. Thank you!
