Very nice talking to a live person when I called both times! John was very helpful and got me the right parts. The instructions for removing the manifold so the orifice could be changed could use some work. 2 of the screws I had to take out were not shown. But I got through it and after checking for leaks, I fired it up. Thank you, John!

I purchased the conversion kit from John at OPG for my Genesis EX-325s. I had several questions about hose length for the conversion and John was able to adjust the hose length for me and still remain within usable specs.
The kit installation was very straight forward ,with excellent detailed print instruction. The grill works great after the install.
