I tried to go cheap but it did not fit. You just have to pay for the correct package. After reading there information I felt very comfortable with them and it paid off.

Great Problem Resolution and Great Owner

I initially purchased a conversion kit for my grill and had a unique issue that was specific to my setup that caused me to have issues.

I contacted the business through the support chat and explained my issue, and I have to say, the owner went above and beyond to help me get my grill working with the conversion kit. Im really happy that I got my kit from here instead of elsewhere where there would be little to no help. I didnt want a refund, just to get my grill working with the conversion and thats what I got.

When the first few suggestions didnt work, the owner didnt stop there and kept providing me ways to get my grill functioning the way I wanted. I appreciate the time and effort that the owner put in and he has for sure made me a happy customer.

The directions are very easy to understand and follow.

The directions that come with the kit are very easy to understand and follow. It took me less than an hour to convert my grill and the kit included everything I needed to get fully converted and connected to my natural gas plumbing.
